I started this work because I kept watching the same thing happen: smart, capable leaders carrying their organisation completely alone.
They'd hired consultants and got expensive reports nobody executed. They'd tried coaches and got accountability without genuine strategic depth. What nobody offered was the thing they actually needed โ an experienced strategist who stays.
So that's what I do. I sit on your side of the table. I learn the business properly โ not from a discovery questionnaire, but from being in it with you, fortnight after fortnight. I hold the plan steady while you run the day-to-day, and I'm on the phone when the decision can't wait.
The work is plain: fewer priorities, clearer decisions, a team that carries more, and a leader who gets their thinking space back.
